Robin Boyd’s classic book on Australian architecture and design, The Australian Ugliness, has been re-issued this month to coincide with its 50 year anniversary and has made an immediate impact. It featured strongly in the media over the weekend and will also be a topic of discussion tomorrow night on Radio National’s ‘Late Night Live’ with Phillip Adams.

There will be an event at The Wheeler Centre and The Boyd Foundation are running public open days where you can visit the buildings that built a reputation.
