The Digital Writers’ Festival runs from Tuesday 24 October to Friday 3 November.
Where are the events? Everywhere!
The Digital Writers’ Festival is an online-first writers’ festival dedicated to celebrating the work of writers from Australia and across the world, and fostering new relationships through collaboration between writers, wherever they may be.
Check out their website for events and details of how you can jump in and create and collaborate.
Text Publishing is proud to be a participant in this festival – the DWF Book Club features the brilliant Text Classic Bush Studies by Barbara Baynton. This event goes live from Tuesday 24 October.
The DWF will post a copy of Bush Studies for you to read and digitally annotate. All annotations will be used as part of the event. Featuring Alaina Gougoulis, editor at Text Publishing and Fiona Wright, writer, editor and critic.
This is one festival you don’t need to leave home for, so make yourself a cuppa, curl up in front of your laptop, mobile phone, desktop computer or tablet, log on and join in.
And remember to keep your device plugged in and charged, because you’re going to be there for a while.
Until next time,
