Get Reading! is Australia’s largest annual celebration of books and reading. This year, for the first time, they’re running a nationwide search for the best Australian books of all time. You can nominate your favourite book on their website or through Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Voting closes on 26 July and the list will be announced on 1 September.

In addition to this publicly voted list, the annual Get Reading! Top 50 Books You Can’t Put Down for 2013 will also be revealed on September 1. Containing books selected by a panel of Australian authors, publishers and booksellers, this is the ultimate guide to finding the perfect read. This year the Get Reading! Campaign runs from 1 September to 30 September.
